The 2023 Scholarship for Peace and Security in-person course on conflict prevention and resolution took place from 6 to 10 November 2023. Forty-two young female professionals from 37 OSCE participating States and Partners for Co-operation were provided with an opportunity to deepen their knowledge on the topics of arms control, disarmament, and non-proliferation in the OSCE area.
